We went to a community bonfire on Friday which was really good. Lots of fireworks and loud bangs, much audience participation with oohs and aahs!!
Where would a firework display be if there were no ohhs and aahs. Friday was too wet. We braved it and let off a few rockets and sparklers. Saturday night was a much better evening for the fireworks.

Thanks Karen. I guess practise will make perfect. I’m looking forward to spinning some yarn that I want to knit into something wearable. May be some time, but at least it is a goal.
