I’ve been experimenting with camera settings again. Turns out some subjects work just as well, if not better in grayscale. The fur of big, grey dogs is definitely on the list.
I can vouch that strawberries don’t look good in grayscale. I’ve spared you the vision. It’s enough to put me off eating them altogether. Almost.
I wonder what else I can find that doesn’t work…….?
A perfect shot for greyscale. Your dog looks very relaxed and chilled out there 🙂
Yes very relaxed.
This certainly works well, so relaxed
Thank you for linking up
Thanks Darren
It sounds like you’ve been having fun with your photos of late – great capture!
Thanks Jade. Always fun to explore something different.
I think you see the texture more in black and white
I think you are right.
Oh that’s wonderful. What a cute beastie.
Thanks Sherry
Gorgeous dog! I can imagine that Strawberries wouldn’t look good though… 😈

There really don’t. Really awful looking.
Big grey doggy fur does indeed look amazing…I want to just give him/ her the biggest hug #MMBC
There is something about that shaggy fur….
This works so well…What a beautiful dog x
It does show the texture.
I love experimenting with filters on Instagram and then just put it back to normal when I post! I do like black and white pics 🙂 #mmbc
Thanks for sharing your tips. Put cream on the strawbs and you will be fine
