How bizarre! Although my first impression was to read it the other way as ’15’. Not that that makes any more sense!
It was in the middle of an overgrown disabled parking space, so a number would make sense.
You don’t think it’s that insect there? And maybe he wrote “is” – sort of like, “Kilroy was here” – ??

If ever there was a subject for bold, bright colour, it has to be the fly agaric.
Or maybe IS is tagging mushrooms. Incredible color and texture.

Ha! A bit mischievous. It’s the right time of year. Birch and pine trees are a good bet. I suspect we’ve got good at finding them over the years. Hope you find one this year.

What a beauty. I think S I are the initials of the fairy who lives inside it. I have never seen a red mushroom like this out in the wild. That must be why fairies are endangered 😉 #mmbc
