I took a moment to sit outside with a book. Looking up a cricket was watching me. How could I resist not taking 20 a couple of photos, before it disappeared?
Almost looks like it’s made of wood.

Yes, an interesting color. An English cricket, I guess. I don’t think they’re that color over here. I was just reading two sonnets about grasshoppers and crickets, one by Keats and I forget the other author.
What fabulous photo’s, he does look woody doesn’t he. I love the sound they make in the grass, but they are usually hard to catch on camera.
