AlphabetPhoto: Z is for Zoic

dinos

Last week of AlphabetPhoto. Thought I would end where I began. For A, I photographed an ammonite sunk into the wall of our house. This time I’m sharing the fossils we saw at the Natural History museum, last week. A far more impressive wall of fossils.

Zoic – a. Of animals; (geol., of rocks etc) containing fossils, with traces of animal or plant life.

Linking up with #AlphabetPhoto. Z is for zoic. If you’d like to join in with the next round of AlphabetPhoto, it starts up in January.

    1. No, I don’t think I’d want to meet one of these. Even if they did turn out to be herbivores. Very happy to view them on a wall. 😀

  1. We did indeed choose the same again, I was going to use zip but thought lots of others would choose that! We wanted to visit the Natural History Musuem in September when we traveled south to stay with my mum. It coincided with them closing some exhibits for two weeks for refurbishment, one day…………

  2. Brilliant, love it! Great Z. It’s been a fun project hasn’t it, need to get my thinking cap on for the next time though 🙂

  3. Great photo! It’s amazing that you aren’t the only person to have used this ‘Z’! I’m really going to miss everyone’s interpretations of the letters.

  4. Great photo. It’s a sweet corner of the NH museum where the swimming dino-types hang out. I salute your ability to get a clear shot without glass reflection obscuring the image. Even without the flash I struggle with that challenge. All the best, Bonny
