Hardly a day goes by when I’m not creating something. Usually it involves fabric or yarn, but I love creating with natural raw materials too. The materials that I find in my own back garden. Among my favourites is willow.
I’d like to learn more. I’d like to learn more than simple designs. I’d like to make a basket or maybe a garden sculpture. My home is full of willow baskets. None made by me. Each summer I leaf through the willow workshop leaflets and ponder. We live near the Somerset Levels and there are courses aplenty. No excuse.
