Yey! We collected an egg this morning too, theres nothing quite like a fresh egg is there. I suppose it makes up for the mess mine are making at the moment too!
Don’t mention the scratching up to my husband! They have the run of the whole garden, but they still manage to spread earth over the path leading to the front door!
I’m looking forward to baking today with my fresh egg. Hopefully it means no more shop bought ones for a while, although I really shouldn’t count my eggs till the hens lay them. Fingers crossed all the same.

Mission
We strive to be self sufficient. We love living in the countryside and enjoy nature. We'd rather be searching for beetles than shopping for shoes. We take inspiration from the nature all around us. We like to spread happiness and share our skills.
